Vulture Intelligence (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2.1 Information You Provide
- Account data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
- User content: Documents, text, and other content you upload to the Brain knowledge base or enter into AI prompts.
- Payment information: Subscription billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage data: Token counts and cost tracking for AI model requests, stored per account.
- Log data: IP addresses, browser type, and access times collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To process subscriptions and payments.
- To enforce usage limits and monitor account activity.
- To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. AI Model Providers
Prompts and content you submit may be sent to third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and DeepSeek) for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal identity with AI providers — only the content of your requests.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) and protected by row-level security policies. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth: Authentication.
- Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure.
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- Vercel: Hosting and deployment.
- OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek: AI model providers.
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Data portability.

9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Supabase stores an authentication token in your browser’s local storage.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
