Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vulture Intelligence (“the Service”), operated by Vulture Intelligence (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vulture Intelligence provides an AI-powered computing platform that includes multi-model AI access, a knowledge base (“Brain”), a synthesis engine, and related tools delivered via a web application.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts & Authentication

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Usage Limits

Each account has a token usage budget. When the budget is reached, AI features may be restricted until the next billing cycle or until the budget is reset. We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or that violates the rights of others.
• Share your account or allow unauthorized access.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vulture Intelligence and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Service belongs to you, subject to any rights in the underlying AI models.

9. AI-Generated Content

Outputs produced by the AI models are generated algorithmically and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using any AI-generated content. We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of such content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vulture Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
